Board Meetings

Our Board meet twice term in weeks 3 and 8, dates of the meetings are shared on the school calendar and newsletter. Approved minutes from the meetings are public documents and available to view below

School board elections are held every three years (the next triennial election will be held in 2025). Parents, caregivers and people from the wider community can be nominated for election to the school board

The board fosters open and transparent governance. It welcomes public attendance at and observation of board meetings. Members of the public include staff, students and parents’ families and whānau of the school community who are not members of the board.

If you wish to attend a board meeting please give 48 hours notice to the the board chair swells@taoroa.school.nz
